“The location is great. It only took us several minutes’ walk to the nearby subway station. We have two cars but only one parking permit was provided. However, the host gave me helpful information to park our second car with reasonable fees. We felt at home during our stay. The kids love this place, too. Nice place for family trip.”
“Our family had a nice stay in DC and would recommend this spot for short-term visits. We appreciated how all the basic amenities are provided and that the neighborhood is walkable, near transit, and that lots of restaurant options are nearby. It was a very windy and cold time of year so we appreciated the extra blankets as well. Some of the fixtures could certainly be updated and improved, but on par with other rentals we have stayed at in the past. Our biggest issue was that the sound proofing was not great, so if you are a light sleeper and go to bed earlier than 10 pm you are likely to hear the upstairs tenants.”
