La ubicación. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, a pocos minutos de la Union Station, donde no solo se toman muchos transportes, sino también ae puede almorzar o cenar y comprar viandas para el desayuno en casa.
Por otra parte, en el apartamento había te y café de excelente calidad. De igual manera jabón para manos y para el cuerpo, shampoo, acondicionador y loción para el cuerpo.
Había suficientes bolsas y canecas para la basura; así como también detergente para la lavadora.
Sin duda, regresaría a este lugar.

“The flat was great. Perfect walkable location, clean, great amenities, great kitchen. Exactly what a couple visiting DC would want. We had a major issue though that was not handled appropriately. At 10pm the keypad stopped working to enter the apartment. Stuck in the rain at night, I called the emergency line multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would contact me but nobody did. I was finally able to speak with someone (after 90 min) affiliated with our location, told to open the lockbox near the front door with a given code and use the spare key to get in. Two lockboxes to choose from, one rusted shut, dials didn’t move, other would not open with said code. Several phone calls later and violent banging of the box we were able to open it, no key. Tech finally gets there 3 hours later, back key pad dead, front not working. He gets in back door(not sure how) four hours after 1st call, 4 hours in rain. This urgent situation was not handled well, lack of concern/communication”
