What Our Guests Are Saying
“First of all, by “lower level” read basement. Granted it was nice and cool when the weather outside was hot and humid, but it’s dark and the ceilings are low – not for tall or claustrophobic guests. I think extra lights were brought in for the photos.
Also, there is no Lara. It’s managed by an agency called Home Sweet City. I’m sure they’re good at what they do, and were informative before checkin and checkout, but responses to any questions were just corporate speak, like talking to an AI bot. And just to access the property guide requires inputting personal details – Airbnb has got that, HSC doesn’t need it, too.
Having said all that, the apartment is very comfortable, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Great location, with lots of restaurants to choose from on 7th and 8th.”

“1.房源的地理位置非常不错，打车去华盛顿的主要景点大约15美元内都能搞定。当然，不打车步行9分钟左右也可以乘坐地铁，但是人数多的话还是Uber比较划算。
2.街区比较安静，治安也挺好，隔壁街有超市，也有好吃的披萨店和日本料理店。厨房里的餐具一应俱全，我们的早餐基本都是在超市买好食材自己做的，不过附近的那个超市东西不算便宜。
3.但是在我看来，房子和屋里的设施都有些年头，略显陈旧；屋子的面积也不算大，一楼客厅铺开行李后就显得拥挤。另外，一楼饭厅的新风系统噪音挺大，但勉强也可以接受，基本不影响二楼的房间休息。如果地板的卫生可以清洁得更好一些就更好了。
4.房东人很不错，门口给我们留好了停车位，虽然我们没有用上。此外，对于我们提出的延时退房也给予了优待，在此特别感谢。感觉这个房源虽然有利有弊，但在华盛顿的市区已经算是不错的选择了。民宿经营不易，特给出五分好评以及上述建议，供后面的房客进行参考。”
