“This is a historic home in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of DC. It is a neighborhood close to downtown DC, but also very convenient by car or Metro to Maryland, Arlington and Alexandria.
This is neighborhood that has improved – much for the greater – over the past twenty years or so. The house looks like a historic mansion. There is ample space for eating, relaxing, sleeping, and working. There are several places for working. I chose a desk in the main bedroom, which had a nice view of the streets below. Great people watching when taking work breaks. Needless to say, the house was squeaky clean.
The area was safe and very quiet. The host is very communicative.
Overall, I would highly recommend.”
