“Location was perfect, even had a Lime bike/scooter rack nearby if you want to leverage rentals instead of walking (We did). Decent restaurants, coffee and stores within a few minutes and the Capitol was just down the street. The apartment was comfortable, a little noisy both for us and those below us but that is just the construction of the place. Access was super easy, communication with host was exceptional and timely. Will try to rent again on the next trip.”

The basement floor should not bother anyone, this has 2 beds and a LARGE pull out sofa(that is comfortable)!
Full kitchen that allowed us to save money eat at a table to enjoy great and easy meals! Any delivery service was cheap and fast from this location! The beds were very,very, comfortable! The towels, soaps, and blankets were great!! This space is in the basement floor of an old and gorgeous row home and neighborhood! It is a fantastic space and I would go back tomorrow! The noise above you is minimal and the people above you are so kind and quiet!
Just a perfect stay and this is the place to stay every single time in DC!!!!”
