“We chose this location since it was in close proximity to family. We didn’t spend much time in the unit beyond sleeping and cleaning up. Being a basement apartment it doesn’t get natural light so that would be off putting if you planned on spending all day in there. We did hear the clanking noises mentioned in other reviews but wasn’t too bad but given the time of year was probably less noticeable. Our only complaint is with the bed pillows- great to lean against for reading but much too firm for us and very uncomfortable. We actually borrowed pillows from family after the first night. It would be great if there could be some variety in pillows.”
