“We were very happy with our stay. DC is a wonderful place to visit and see our nation’s capitol. the location was excellent close to Trader Joe’s the metro station and local eateries and such.
actually it was walking distance to the Capitol building and the National Mall.

“We had a great stay overall and enjoyed both the property and the surrounding area. The place was comfortable, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay there.
One issue we encountered was that the shower in the second bathroom did not appear to be working during our stay.
During our trip, we needed to extend our work project in the area, so we reached out to ask about staying one additional night. Initially, we were informed that an extra night would be available for $204.75 before taxes. However, later on, we were told they could no longer accommodate the extension or a late checkout because the cleaning team had already been scheduled onsite. While we understand scheduling limitations, the change in communication was a bit disappointing.
Overall, we still had a positive experience and appreciated the stay.”
“This place was ideal for our stay in DC. We were able to have four generations (from 2 days old to 88) comfortably under one roof. The house is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood from which we could grocery shop and grab a coffee or a meal out easily. Beds and furniture were comfortable (except perhaps for the couch, which was too low for anyone over say 25 years old). We were able to park our vehicles in the private back patio which made for easy coming and going. We will definitely return to this location if we gather as a family again in DC.”
