“We loved staying in this reasonably-priced Federalist rowhouse conveniently located in historic Georgetown. The property managers were communicative and responsive both before our arrival when we increased the number of guests and during our stay when the shower water was not hot enough (it was during an exceptionally cold period). A special shout out to the maintenance man they sent who showed up right on time and not only adjusted the water temperature quickly, but then proceeded to clear the ice from the doorway without us saying anything! It is always great to see that initiative, especially when it improves safety and comfort for others so a special than you to him!”
“Loved this AirBNB!! Looked exactly the pictures. The host responded to all my messages in a timely manner and would follow up. A quick 5-10min walk to so many different restaurants, 5min walk to Trader Joe’s and the surrounding areas were so nice and peaceful. I’m really selective but I would definitely stay here again!”
“Had a great winter weekend stay at HSC’s DuPont Circle basement apartment. The apartment was private, clean, and well-stocked. It’s ideally located and in easy walking distance to the happening 14th and U streets lined with shops, bars, restaurants, liquor, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe.
The management company communicated clearly and effectively sending a detailed info packet before arrival with check-in/out procedures and recommendations. I spoke mainly to Michelle, who was sweet and responsive.
We were fortunate enough to meet the home owner. He was super friendly and made himself available to us.”

“Booking was a very convenient five minute walk from the nearest Metro station with easy access to everything to do in DC. Also about a 15 minute walk from a few restaurants and bars that were nice. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies and the host was great a communicating.”
“This is an amazing place very close to everything in Washington DC. The neighborhood is great, quiet and very close to many restaurants and marketplaces. The apartment have many amenities and coffee and tea they provided was very top notch. However some cons: floors are very cold (but if you come with sleepers it should be ok), the microwave is very old and noisy and it is bright in the morning as the curtains are thin. Overall, we would love to come back and we highly recommended!”
