Everything was comfortable and easy to use, with excellent amenities. The hosts were also really understanding of my situation and helped out whenever I had a question or special circumstances. I think this is a great deal overall, and am very happy I booked with them!”
“We had a wonderful stay in the apartment although it was a bit crammed for 4 adults.
The place was clean and tastefully appointed. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the host had provided plenty of linens and beddings for all of us. The bathroom was small but clean with toiletries provided. Having an in house Washer/Dryer was also very useful.
The property management company was responsive but did not accommodate our request for an earlier check-in or later checkout even by a short period. The unit had to be prepped for the next guest so that’s understandable. Just made for a huge rush to vacate by 10 am.
The owners were very pleasant and helpful! Provided us with v useful information and prompt assistance with the AC.
Only issues we had were 1) with the AC units that needed attention during a couple of hot days in DC, and 2) The number of stairs leading up to the attic unit. We had some heavy suitcases, so it was difficult.
On balance, we had a great stay.”
