“This was the nicest Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, well heated, had nice amenities, and we really appreciated the lack of scented items. We communicated with more than one person during our stay, which was a little confusing but didn’t impact the service. They were very responsive when asked for anything. We did hear the pitter patter of little feet above us occasionally but it was so minor as to be hardly noticeable at all.
Evaluating the neighborhood was hard because we arrived during the Snow-pocalypse. We were warned by the host that parking would be impossible, and appreciated the heads up. We ended up Ubering everywhere or walking. We walked to a really nice coffee shop (Zeke’s) that served organic coffee, and I’ll bet it’s a great neighborhood when it’s not 15 degrees out and everything covered in cement-like snow. We’d definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends headed to DC.”
