Nestled in THE Logan Circle neighborhood, WALK to everything inc. the White House in under 25 minutes! 
Some of the best dining options in the city are within minutes walking distance.

We provide comprehensive neighborhood and transportation guides including a monthly calendar of events to help guests get the most bang for their buck!!

The Space
Our bright English basement can comfortably sleep 4 guests in two queen beds. There is a queen in the master, and a brand new tempurpedic queen sized sofa bed in the living room. 
Big TV and open floor plan allow for intimate but interactive evenings after exploring! Full Kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, Bloomberg refrigerator and kitchen island - chef's should feel right at home!

Bright light and colorful artwork contribute to the funky, contemporary vibe; while the cozy furnishings mellow the space into a haven of relaxation with the city at your doorstep. 

With everything new and improved, our recently renovated apartment also boasts a lovely front yard with a seating area so guests can people watch in one of the coolest neighborhoods in the District!

The Neighborhood
This timeless neighborhood is perfect for those to experience the city as a resident rather then a tourist - Logan Circle is undoubtedly the city's best neighborhood for restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. The unit is directly off the Circle and is 1 block from the 14th street corridor: Whole Foods, Starbucks, CVS, and multiple bars/restaurants on every block. The city's trendiest bars and restaurants have located along 14th Street and the U Street Corridor - both within easy walking distance - so it's the perfect location for a nice dinner or to enjoy a night on the town. We include numerous recommendations in the house manual. 

All of these amenities are only a short away, and so is the noise. This unit is located on a quiet residential street directly off Logan Circle.

Getting around
Logan Circle is in the middle of all metro lines - access to the Red line, Orange/Blue/Silver, and Yellow/Green lines are located at 3 different stations all located within blocks of this unit, the closest being Shaw-Howard Metro Station. Dupont Circle metro is less then 20 minutes on foot from the home and offers some of the best restaurants and upscale retail locations in the city! 
Several bus lines have stops located less than 1 block from the unit as well. Ubers are readily available (usually a 1-2 minute wait) and it costs around $6-10 or less to get anywhere in the city due to the convenient location.

~ Strict NO party policy. Please note that smoking of any kind and drug use in or around the property is strictly prohibited (this includes outside spaces). If we do find evidence of illegal substances or marijuana use, the reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. 
~ Strict NO pets policy. 
~ We insist that for group bookings renters are above the age of 25, unless agreed prior to making your reservation. (Families with children under 25 are very welcome). Due to fire code and insurance requirements the property has a maximum occupancy and additional guests must have our advance approval.
~ We may ask for additional proof of identity / address (passport / drivers license etc) and reason for stay such as work contracts or permits.
~ We may ask for an additional security deposit for larger groups or longer stays. 
~ Due to our tight cleaning schedules, charges apply for unannounced late check-outs. 
~ Exterior may be monitored by exterior cameras, there are no cameras indoors. 
~The neighborhood is a strong community and everyone looks out for each other, we ask that folks please be mindful of noise that could disturb in the early mornings and late at night. 
~ One parking permit can be provided for your stay. If it is not left in the apartment after your stay, there is a $500 replacement charge plus any parking fees incurred by the next guest as a result of the permit not being available. If the permit is missing on arrival please let us know and we will do all we can to locate it but we cannot guarantee it's availability. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any parking fees, tickets or towing charges incurred as a result of a pass not being available. Please ask about suggestions for nearby parking options.
~ While luggage is expected, we strictly prohibit large items (including, but not limited to, bicycles and exercise equipment) being brought into the unit without prior approval.
~ If your booking spans 2 weeks or longer, we may require a “deep clean” following your check-out. 
~ Prior to you checking in, the property has been inspected to confirm there are no damages and everything is in working order.  If upon checking in, you discover something broken or not working, please let us know immediately.
~ Please be sure that ALL of the windows and doors are closed if the HVAC is running.
~ Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
Accidental Damage Protection & Guest Verification Policy 
~ We have partnered with SafelyStay Inc to give our guests and our homeowners added peace of mind during your stay with us! We know accidents happen so your reservation includes damage protection for you for up to ($1,500) of accidental coverage for contents and dwelling damage. For reservations longer than 29 nights, additional fees may be charged in order to extend coverage for the entire stay. We also verify the identity of our guests to prevent fraudulent or criminal activity.
